We are all in the midst of an extremely complex situation, and COVID-19 presents challenges for all of us. We want you to know that Tile & Carpet Store of Durango is committed to serving you while keeping our employees and our clients safe by limiting exposure. We recently updated our COVID-19 response.

In order to safely meet your tile and flooring needs during this crisis, we have adopted the following plan:

Our showroom is operating during normal business hours, from 8:00 am until 5:00 pm Monday through Friday. We do ask that you call ahead for an appointment, as we are only permitted to have 10 or fewer people in the store at any time. To set up your appointment, call the store at 970-385-1731.

Our helpful staff will set up online consultations at your convenience. We can help you with all your design questions and needs, place orders, and meet you at our warehouse door for order fulfillment. To schedule a consult, call the store at 970-385-1731.

We ask that all our customers wear a mask while in the store. If you do not have a mask, we will happily provide them to you upon your arrival. We also keep hand sanitizer by the entrance to the store.

In order to maximize the safety of our staff and clients, we ask that only two people come to your appointment. While we love children and appreciate the advice of friends, we feel it is in everyone’s best interests to limit exposure.

We value our installers and want to make sure you have everything you need, when you need it. PLEASE CALL YOUR ORDER IN TO THE STORE IN ADVANCE. Contact us at 970-385-1731.
